Resolving conflict with dignity, keeping you in control of your future.
It’s a voluntary confidential space where couples who are separating or have separated can talk things through and make their own decisions about what’s best for their children, finances, and property.
Working with you, we help you come up with creative and practical solutions that suit your family’s unique situation.
Instead of waiting months for a court date and paying high legal fees, mediation gives you a quicker, less stressful, and more affordable route to practical solutions.
Instead of having a judge or arbitrator decide for you, you stay in control of the outcome and create arrangements which work for your family.
Mediation helps parents come together, share information, and keep the focus on what matters most, their children’s wellbeing. With both parent’s agreement, mediators can also offer Child Inclusive Mediation, giving children a safe space to share their thoughts and feelings.
Mediators help you explore your options and think about what will work well for your family in real life. We can help you turn your decisions into legally binding agreements if you would like to do that.
Everything discussed in mediation is kept private and confidential. Your personal details are never passed on to anyone outside the mediation process unless the law requires it for safety reasons.
Mediators can help connect you with other professionals who may be able to support you – like financial or legal advisers, pension specialists, and counsellors.
Giving children a voice. Specially trained mediators can speak directly with children (where appropriate and with parental consent) to understand their feelings and wishes, ensuring their needs remain central to parental decisions.
We participate in the Ministry of Justice Voucher Scheme, offering £500 towards mediation costs for eligible families discussing child arrangements.
